Allview Lodge in the Bay of Islands is absolute beach front and there is always something to see with close up views of yachts sailing in the breeze and other vessels passing by.
Dolphins are often seen in the clear waters of Sullivan's beach.
The headland where Allview Lodge is situated is on the sea birds flight path.
The backdrop of native bush in the area attracts native bird life which we have enhanced with our extensive landscaping and planting. Gardens are lit up at night.
Your hosts, Peter and Robyn are locals of 35 years and are committed to bring you the very best there is to offer in the Bay of Islands.

Sun, sand, private beach, if this is in your holiday plans then this is location, location, location. This purpose built lodge sits right on the point with panoramic views out over the sandy beach to Russell and right down to Opua. It does not come much better.
In designing Allview Lodge hosts Robyn and Peter who have been in hospitality for many years wanted guests to experience the seascape without even lifting your head from the pillow. The two suites are spacious with indulgent designer bathrooms, one with an elegant two person bath that also shares the gorgeous view. They have thought of everything to make our stay ever so comfortable, large lounge chairs, indoor and outdoor dining furniture, artworks in keeping with the Bay of Island landscape adorning the walls, a kitchenette to prepare that antipasto platter, and even an elevator to take our luggage to our rooms.
There is the chance to stay right here and enjoy a wine on the deck and unwind watching the ever changing scenery or we could participate in more active pastimes. Options are endless, there are kayaks down on the beach for exploring the bay, visit historic Russell by ferry, game fishing or there are a number of golf courses nearby. Paihia restaurants offer many options for dinner, however you will not want to miss breakfast at Allview served in the conservatory - seldom will you enjoy such wonderful hospitality in such a glorious setting.
