Described by General Manager, Tracy Purcell, as vineyard neutral, the restaurant is noted for its use of local ingredients, some grown in the properties spray-free vegetable garden. Degustation dinners and individually designed menus allow guests to truly experience world renowned wines produced in this area.
The afternoon small plate menu is very exciting served from 2.30pm onwards.
Marlborough Vintners 16 suites are subtly luxurious, with special attention paid to the environmentally sensitive details such as water consumption and energy conservation.
A fabulous venue, in any season, for executive retreats, small conferences and weddings the ability for a group to book the whole property, including the 'Barrel Room', a renovated space used for barrel storage when the property was a working vineyard.
The area once occupied by vines is now a luxury retreat where guests can relax and enjoy the very best of what Marlborough has to offer.
