Upon arrival mid-afternoon we were greeted with refreshments including fresh homemade lemonade and home baked treats; later in the evening and after a long day sightseeing nothing is more welcome than the complimentary glass of fine local wines and a selection of delicious canapés. We found this a great time to catch up with other guests. Breakfast is a lavish, gourmet affair, served alfresco on the outdoor patio. Should your fishing trip have been successful, it is no trouble for Ruth to prepare your fish to perfection for dinner.
