Almyra at Kina

Designed to take advantage of the glorious Nelson climate and expansive views of the Kina Estuary there is a Mediterranean feel to this stylish, elegant accommodation.

Adjoining the main house, but with a private entrance and ample parking the two guest suites Tasman(bed and breakfast) and Kina(full kitchen but with bed and breakfast option) can be combined to form a self-catering private apartment, ideal for two couples travelling together or a family. There is a full kitchen complete with Nespresso machine and a BBQ for alfresco dining, but it is hard to resist the prospect of a lavish breakfast served in the dining room or on the patio, taking in the stunning view.

Fiona's attention to detail is evident, fresh flowers, a generous fruit platter, beach towels, chocolates and home-made cookies.  Spacious and airy the subtle décor is complimented by host Ron's artwork.

Well travelled and very gracious hosts, Ron and Fiona have created a relaxing haven, the atmosphere encouraging guests to sit back by the pool and watch the ever changing palette of sea and sky, enjoy the birdlife and expansive gardens and unwind.

An easy drive to Nelson City, the Abel Tasman National Park and Golden Bay Almyra at Kina is ideally positioned for exploring this beautiful region.
